Emmaus (hereinafter referred to as the "App") respects the privacy of its users and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. This Privacy Policy is established and disclosed pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea ("PIPA") to clearly explain this practice.
The App does not provide any user registration feature and does not collect any personally identifiable information, including but not limited to names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or device identifiers.
All information that users enter or generate within the App (e.g., coffee brewing recipes, bean information, brewing notes, timer records) is stored locally on the user's device only and is not transmitted to the Company's servers or any external server.

Because the App does not collect any personal information from users, no personal information is provided to or processed by any third party.
The App does not display advertisements and does not use any technology to track users. As a result, no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent prompt is displayed.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. As the App does not collect any personal information at all, no information from children is collected either.
