CullyLog is a personal cooking archive designed to help you save and organize your own dishes, notes, ingredients, steps, tags, and food photos. This policy explains how information may be processed when you use the app and its optional Pro features.

1. Information You Choose to Add

CullyLog is designed to store the cooking information you choose to create or import, such as recipe names, ingredients, steps, notes, tags, dish photos, and archive backup files.

2. Local-First Archive

Your recipe archive is stored locally on your device by default. Recipes, notes, tags, ingredients, steps, and saved photos stay on-device unless you choose to export a backup or use an optional feature that sends data to a configured service.

3. Cloud Backup for Pro Members

If you use Pro cloud backup, CullyLog uploads one latest archive copy for your recovery code. That archive may include your recipe data and saved recipe photos.

• Cloud backup is only uploaded when you choose to back up.
• The cloud backup is stored using Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare R2.
• Your recovery code is needed to restore the backup on another device.
• Uploading a new cloud backup may replace the previous cloud backup for that recovery code.

4. AI Recipe Tools

If you use optional AI recipe tools, the text you provide, such as pasted recipe text, OCR text, dish names, selected ingredients, or short dish descriptions, may be sent to the configured import service so a recipe draft can be generated.

• AI import requests are routed through a secured Cloudflare Worker gateway.
• The draft generation service may use Google Cloud Run and Google Vertex AI.
• Please do not submit sensitive personal information in AI prompts.

5. Purchases and Membership

Optional membership purchases are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. CullyLog uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription status, entitlements, and restore flows.
