Documents you create, edit, and import are stored locally on your device only When you use OCR (Image to Word / Image to Excel) features, images may be sent to Baidu OCR service for text recognition. No images are stored on any server after processing Apple manages all subscription and payment information through your Apple ID. We do not have access to your payment details How We Use Information All document editing, template filling, auto-save, and file management are performed entirely on your device OCR recognition requires sending image data to a third-party service (Baidu OCR) solely for the purpose of text extraction. The data is processed in real-time and not retained Subscription status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework. We only check whether you have an active subscription to unlock premium features Data Storage All documents, spreadsheets, and user preferences are stored locally on your device We do not operate any servers that store your personal data If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed Third-Party Services Word Edit uses the following third-party services:

Apple StoreKit — For managing in-app subscriptions and purchases. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/privacy/) Baidu OCR — For image text recognition (Image to Word and Image to Excel features only). Subject to Baidu's Privacy Policy. Image data is sent only when you actively use OCR features and is not stored after processing Subscription Information Word Edit offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

Weekly: $3.99/week (with 3-day free trial) Annual: $19.99/year First-time weekly offer: $3.99/week (with 7-day free trial) First-time annual offer: $12.99/year (limited discount) Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Children's Privacy Word Edit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Security Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings. We recommend using a passcode or biometric authentication on your device to protect your information.
