To provide the core features of the App, we may process the following types of information:

1. Information You Provide or Create in the App

• Plant profile information, such as plant name, category, source, price, purchase date, notes, and related details
• Timeline records, including text, dates, status labels, and photos
• Your custom categories, custom statuses, reminder frequency, theme preferences, app icon preferences, and other settings

2. Photos and Media Content

• When you choose or upload plant-related images, the App may access the photos you select for plant covers, timeline entries, sharing, and export features
• The App does not access your entire photo library without your action

3. iCloud Sync Information

• If you enable or use iCloud sync, the App uses Apple's iCloud / CloudKit private database to sync your data across devices signed in with the same Apple ID
• Synced data may include plant profiles, timeline entries, category information, and certain settings
• This data is stored in your private iCloud space and is not publicly shared with other users

4. Subscription and Purchase Information

• If you use subscription or purchase features, payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• The App uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status, restore purchases, and determine access to premium features
• We do not directly collect your full payment card details or payment account credentials; payment processing is handled by Apple
