Welcome to QRCraft (the "App"). We understand the importance of your privacy and are committed to providing you with a secure, minimalist, and non-intrusive QR code utility experience. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

Our Core Promise: QRCraft is a "Local-First" utility. All of your generated QR code data and scanning history are stored locally on your device. We NEVER upload your private data to any of our servers.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

To provide you with core QR code scanning and generation services, the App requires the following device permissions and information. We only request these permissions when you actively trigger the corresponding features:

• Camera Permission: When you use the "Scan QR Code" feature, we require camera access. Rest assured, the camera's image data is processed locally and in real-time on your device. We do not record, take photos, or upload any camera feed to the cloud.
• Photo Library / Storage Permission: When you choose to "Read QR code from photos" or "Save generated QR code to album," we request read/write access to your photo library or storage. We only access the specific images you select and will never secretly scan your photo library in the background.
• User Input Data & History: The text, URLs, Wi-Fi passwords, etc., that you input to generate QR codes, as well as your scanning records, are stored solely as local history on your device. This allows you to view and reuse this data offline at any time.

2. How We Store and Protect Your Information

• Local Storage: All your history data (both scanned and generated records) is stored locally on your device, safeguarded by the operating system's security mechanisms.
• Data Deletion: You have absolute control over your local data. You can swipe left to delete individual records or clear all history at any time on the "History" page within the App. When you uninstall the App, all local history data will be completely and permanently erased.
• No Server-Side Storage: We do not operate cloud servers to store user business data, fundamentally eliminating the risk of cloud-based data breaches.

3. How We Share Your Information

We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information or QR code data to any third parties.

(Optional clause, if you use crash analytics:) To ensure the stability of the App and troubleshoot crashes, we may use third-party infrastructure services (such as anonymous crash reporting provided by Apple / Google). These services only collect device models, operating system versions, and crash stack traces. They absolutely do not contain any personally identifiable information or your QR code content data.

4. Children's Privacy

The App does not set special restrictions for minors because we do not collect any personally identifiable information. If you are a guardian and have questions about privacy matters, please contact us using the information below.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will notify you with a prominent pop-up when you launch the App.
