• Journal content: text, photos, audio, video, files, doodles
• Structured metadata: entry date/time, tags, notebooks, favorites, private flags
• Backup files generated when you manually export or back up data

To support app lock and encryption features, the App stores required security credentials in system secure storage (such as derived keys and recovery-key-related data).

2.3 Permissions (Requested Only When Needed)

Depending on features you use, the App may request:

• Photos/Media Library (select images)
• Camera (capture photos/videos)
• Microphone (record audio)
• File access (import/export files)
