Foli (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Foli mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — used for authentication and account recovery.
• Name — only if you sign in with Apple and choose to share it.

We also support sign-in via Apple and Google. When using these providers, we receive only the information you authorize (typically your email address).

Portfolio Data

When you use the App, you may provide:

• Portfolio names.
• Asset holdings (symbol, quantity, average cost).
• Transaction records (buy/sell, price, quantity, fee, date, notes).

This data is stored so you can track and manage your investment portfolios.

Automatically Collected Information

• App version and build number — used to display version info in Settings.
• Device preferences — theme selection (light/dark/system) and display currency, stored locally on your device.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Location data.
• Contacts, photos, or calendar data.
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs.
• Analytics or usage tracking data.
• Crash reports.
