This Privacy Policy explains how Bonded ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

1. INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED

Our third-party service provider collects the following automatically, and this data is not linked to my identity:

• Device information (model, operating system, device identifiers)
• Purchase information (transaction details, but not payment card information)

Third-Party Services We Use:

• RevenueCat for in-app purchase and subscription management

RevenueCat operates under its own privacy policy and may transfer data outside the EU/EEA. We use Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate protection.

Purchases are also processed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the data involved in those transactions under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• Provide and maintain the App
• Process and manage purchases and subscriptions

We do not use your information for marketing or sell it to third parties.

3. DATA RETENTION

• Purchase records: Retained as required by law (typically 6–10 years for tax purposes)
