This Privacy Policy explains what information PourSense ("the Service") processes and how that information is used.

1. Data We Process

(1) Data You Create or Store in the App

Examples: recipes, brew logs, notes, bean photos, and app preferences

• This data is generally stored on your device.
• If you use Apple Watch integration, certain data may be synchronized between your connected devices.
• We do not ordinarily access your raw content as part of normal service operation. However, we may review content that you voluntarily share with us for customer support purposes.

(2) Subscription and Transaction Verification Data

Examples: product identifiers, subscription status, and transaction-related identifiers (including pseudonymized or de-identified identifiers)

• Purpose: subscription verification, paid feature access, restore handling, cancellation and refund support
• Processors: Apple and RevenueCat

(3) Analytics and Diagnostics Data

Examples: screen views, feature usage events, app version, OS version, device model, diagnostics data, crash logs, and performance logs

• Purpose: service improvement, reliability monitoring, performance analysis, and user experience optimization
• Processors: Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Mixpanel
