Newruns, Inc. (the “Company”), which operates the Perfectour mobile application (the “Service”), is committed to protecting Users’ personal information in compliance with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other relevant regulations.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, retains, and disposes of personal information, and it outlines Users' rights and the procedures for exercising those rights.

Article 2 (Methods and Items of Personal Information Collection)

The Company collects and uses the following personal information for the purpose of providing the Service:

    Upon membership registration: name, email address, password

    Upon payment: payment method information (credit/debit card number, payment authorization number, etc.), purchase and refund history

  2. Optional Information

    Location information (when the Member consents to its collection)

  3. Automatically Collected Information

    Access logs (IP address, access time), visit records

    Device information and service usage history

    Cookies, session data, and other environment-related information

    Payment authentication records (automatically collected according to the payment gateway provider’s policies)

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:

  1. Provision and Operation of Services

    1. Provision of tourism recommendations, docent (audio guide) services, chatbot assistance, and personalized content.

    2. Management of the purchase and usage of Perfectour Passes.

  2. Member Management

    1. Provision of membership-based services and verification of User identities.

    2. Management of improper Users and prevention of unauthorized access.

    3. Confirmation of registration intent and management of re-registration restrictions.

    4. Handling of disputes, maintenance of essential records, and processing of complaints.

    5. Effective delivery of notices and announcements.

    6. Provision of payment services and management of transaction histories.

  3. Optional and Marketing Purposes The Company may use personal information for marketing and advertising purposes (including customized travel and location recommendations, statistics and analysis, event and promotion notifications, and new service promotion) only with the Member's separate consent.
