1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Samly Waiter ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the terms described in this policy. This policy has been prepared in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law "On Personal Data" (No. ZRU-547, dated July 2, 2019).

2. Who We Are

Samly Waiter is a restaurant management application designed for use by waiters and restaurant staff in the Republic of Uzbekistan and beyond. The App is intended for internal business use by restaurants and food service establishments.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the App's functionality:

• Branch Code: A unique code provided by your manager to identify your restaurant branch.
• Employee Profile: Your name and profile as configured by your manager within the system.
• PIN Code: A 4-digit PIN issued by your manager, used solely for authentication within the App.
• Order & Table Data: Information related to tables, orders, and billing actions performed during your shift.
• Device Information: Basic device identifiers may be collected for app stability and error reporting purposes.

4. What We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect or require the following:

• Full name, email address, or phone number of individual users
• Location or GPS data
• Payment card or banking information
• Biometric data
• Social media profiles or third-party account data
