Hello (“App,” “we,” “us”) helps facilities manage visitor check-ins and related workflows. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2) Personal Data We Collect

We collect data (a) you provide, (b) automatically via the App, and (c) from your organization (e.g., a facility).

You provide at check-in

• First name, last name
• Relationship to resident
• Phone number (optional)
• Email (optional)
• Visit details (e.g., whom you’re visiting, timestamps)
• Acknowledgements/consents required by the facility
• Optional features the facility may enable: visitor photo, ID verification metadata (e.g., ID type/last 4)

From the facility

• Facility/location identifiers and staff/resident context needed to register a visit
• For staff users: name, work email, role/permissions, company/location affiliation
