Privacy Policy for Habitrio
Last updated: March 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed by Habitrio (the "Application") with respect to your use of our services.
1. Information Collection
We value your privacy and aim to collect as little data as possible. We do not require you to create an account to use the core features of the app.
- Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or share your name, email, or other identifying information unless you voluntarily submit it to us via email for support purposes.
- HealthKit Data: Habitrio uses Apple's HealthKit to read your step count data to help you track your habits. This data remains on your device or is managed via your personal iCloud account. We do not transmit this health data to our servers or any third parties.
- Third-Party SDKs: We use specific third-party tools to provide and improve our service:
- RevenueCat: Used to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. It processes anonymized technical transaction identifiers.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Used to monitor application stability. It collects anonymized technical logs (e.g., device model, OS version) to help us identify and fix bugs.
2. Information Usage
The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:
- To provide our services, process transactions, and sync your subscription status via RevenueCat.
- To monitor technical performance and fix application crashes via Firebase Crashlytics.
- To respond to your support requests or questions sent via email.
- To improve the user experience by analyzing aggregated, anonymous usage trends.
3. Data Sharing and Security
We do not sell your personal data. Your information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide the service (e.g., Apple for payments, RevenueCat for subscription management) or if required by law. Most of your habit data is stored locally on your device or via your private iCloud storage.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Habitrio signifies your agreement to the revised policy.
