Habit Quest Inc. (“we”, “us”) does not collect, store, or process any personal data.

All usage data (habit names, completion logs, notification settings) is kept exclusively on your device in encrypted AsyncStorage and is never transmitted to our servers or third parties.

2. Purpose of Processing

All data lives solely on your device.

Delete via “Reset Data” inside the app or uninstall the app to remove all data instantly.

5. Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing to access, rectify, or erase on our side. You remain in full control via the app or OS settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

We recommend parental guidance for users under 14. No personal data is collected from any user.

7. Security

Local data is protected with AES-256 encryption. No external access is possible.

8. Policy Changes

If future versions of the app begin collecting personal information, we will provide at least 30 days’ prior notice and request explicit consent.
