Welcome to What the Fish (hereinafter referred to as "the Game"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting any information you may provide while using the Game.

The current version of What the Fish does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information.

The game only stores the following data locally on your device to support gameplay:

• Game progress (e.g. unlocked fish species, construction status, fish data)
• Virtual currency (Shell count)
• Player preferences (language, sound settings, display options, etc.)

This information is stored only on your device. We do not upload it to any server or share it with third parties.

2. Does the game show ads or use analytics?

The current version does not contain any ads, analytics, or tracking technologies. We do not use third-party services like Unity Analytics or Firebase Analytics.

If such features are added in the future, we will update this policy and inform users accordingly.

3. Are there in-app purchases or virtual currency?

The game uses "Shells" as a virtual currency, which can be used to purchase fish species, decorations, and other content.

If we introduce real-money transactions in the future (e.g. in-app purchases), they will follow the standard procedures of the App Store / Google Play, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
