Welcome to Planola. This privacy policy explains how your information is handled when using the app. Planola is built with privacy in mind: your data stays on your device and is never uploaded, shared, or tracked.

1. Introduction

Planola is a personal productivity app. Everything you enter or import stays on your device—nothing is transmitted, stored externally, or tracked. You remain in full control of your information at all times.

2. Data Stored Locally

Planola saves the following information only on your device:

• Events: titles, dates, times, locations, descriptions, and attached files or images.
• Folders & Files: folder names, optional folder dates, file names, notes, and previews.
• Notebooks: notebook titles, creation dates, and all written notes.
• Image-to-Text: images you select and the text extracted from them.
• LinkedIn Scans: scanned QR-code URLs, extracted names, and profile pictures.

Important: This data is saved only inside Planola’s local sandbox on your device. Planola does nottransmit, sync, or upload your data.

3. Data Not Collected or Shared

Planola does not:

• Collect analytics or usage data
• Access your contacts, calendars, location, or photos (unless you explicitly choose to import a photo or file)
• Store your name, email address, or account credentials
