1. Use of the App

Mistyrise Weather provides weather-related information and services to individual users for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature or service within the App at any time without notice.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Mistyrise Weather may be available through an auto-renewable subscription (“Subscription”).

• Payment: Your iTunes account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the original subscription price.
• Manage Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

We do not offer refunds for unused portions of the subscription term.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in Mistyrise Weather, including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, and software, are the property of Mistyrise Weather or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

5. Disclaimer

Mistyrise Weather is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the weather data provided. You agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, personal injury, or business interruption.
