Article 1 (Purpose)

CLOUDFOREST (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") to protect the information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") of individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "Individuals") who use the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Company Services"). 2. When disclosing this Policy as per paragraph 1, the Company uses font size, color, etc., to ensure Users can easily recognize this Policy.

1. This Policy may be revised due to changes in relevant laws, guidelines, notices, or the policies or contents of the Company Services.
2. When revising this Policy as per paragraph 1, the Company will notify Users using one or more of the following methods:

3. Notices in paragraph 2 shall be made at least seven days before the effective date of the policy change. However, in cases of significant changes affecting Users' rights, the Company will notify Users at least 30 days in advance.
