First and foremost, everything we do is with the intent of improving systemic data archiving, lifestyle and biomarker tracking, and the holistic understanding of personal health, longevity, and well-being. Before using Span (referred to in this document as the “App” or “Services”), please review this Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer carefully. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The App and any content, text, data, graphics, or AI-driven insights generated within Span are for informational, educational, and systematic data archiving purposes only. The insights provided by our AI-driven health navigator engine are designed to help you organize and visualize your personal metrics, but they do not constitute medical diagnosis, professional medical advice, clinical interpretation, or a structured treatment plan.

Not a Medical Device

Span is NOT a medical device. It has not been certified, cleared, or approved by any global or local medical authority (including the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Health, or the European Medicines Agency). The App cannot and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any medical condition, chronic illness, or acute health emergency.

Assumption of Risk & No Liability

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App and your reliance on any insights generated within it are entirely at your own risk. Under no circumstances shall the developer, owner, operators, or affiliates of Span be held liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or omissions made by you or any third party based on the information and data visualizations provided by the App.

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding health metrics, blood biomarkers, vital signs, sleep, nutrition, or physical data. We process data exclusively for two reasons:
