Thank you for using Saturday. We are committed to protecting your privacy and, for that reason, we have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain our data collection, use, and disclosure practices for the Saturday services (including its website, and mobile and web-based applications, and any other tools, products, or services provided by FOMO Ventures that link to or reference this Privacy Policy) (collectively, “Saturday,” or the “Services”). The Services are owned and operated by FOMO Ventures, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us” or “our”).

It also does not apply to information that you ask us to share with third parties or is collected by Online Tool Providers (as defined in Section 4 below). You acknowledge and agree that FOMO Ventures is not responsible for the data collection or use practices of any other Services user, and the use of your information by third parties utilized in providing the Services may be governed by such third parties’ own privacy policies.

Saturday is a map and location-based app that makes it fun and easy for you to see where your friends and other users are located, and enable them to locate you. These location features enable you to meet new people, find fun things to do nearby, and help us to improve your experience throughout the Services. In order to accomplish this, location-based functionality is deeply embedded into Saturday’s core features. You can read more about these location and map features in Section 4 below.

By accessing or using the Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Services. Information gathered through the Services may be transferred, used, and stored in the United States or in other countries where our Service Providers (as defined in Section 4 below) or we are located. If you use the Services, you agree to the transfer, use, and storage of your Personal Information (as defined in Section 2 below) in those countries.
