This application is designed to verify age and manage visitor access using ID scanning.

1. Data We Process

The app may process the following information from scanned IDs:

• First name and last name
• Date of birth
• Expiration date
• Document identifier (if available)
• Derived data (age, validation status)

2. Purpose of Processing

Data is used solely for:

• Age verification
• Entry decision (valid / underage / expired / banned)
• Visitor counting and analytics within the venue

3. Data Storage

• Data is stored locally on the device
• No data is sent to external servers
• No cloud storage is used

4. Data Minimization

• The app does not store full barcode/raw scan data
• Only essential parsed fields are retained
