Who We Are

Elipso (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) is a multi-AI chat interface.

Data We Collect

1. Google account data: email, full name, and profile photo.
2. Conversation data: prompts, model responses, metadata (timestamp).
3. Payment data: handled by Stripe, we can only see the last 4 digits.

Purpose and Basis

1. Provide and improve our service
2. Debug models and prevent abuse
3. Comply with law

Third-Party Sharing

Your prompt requests are forwarded to only to the provider selected by you. We have issued Do Not Train requests with all providers; to the best of our knowledge they do not use your data for training. We never sell or rent your data. Sub-processors are bound by DPA/SCCs.

Data Retention

1. Account data: retained until you delete your account.
2. Conversation history: stored until you delete a chat or your account (end-to-end encrypted at rest).
