Prioritised Action Plan

Five main recommendations have been prioritised to target the following goals:

High Homepage Mission statement should concisely explain what the charity aims to do, who it helps and why it matters. It doesn’t match the one in the ‘About Us’ section Simplify mission statement and have it presented on homepage matching the one in the ‘About Us’ section
High Navigation Menu bar headers aren’t clickable and are unintuitive to navigate. Menu bar should present clickable headers and be reformatted to the following:
