Three core principles and values that establish principle-based dispute resolution.

Principle of Peace: We are each peace keepers.

<aside> ✋🏼 🤝 Authentic Dispute Resolution Promise I promise to authentically, directly, peacefully, and proactively provide feedback and respond to complaints within 30 days. In lieu of litigation, I will first (1) attempt direct negotiation, (2) seek advisory witnesses, (3) contract principle-first conciliator, and (4) if necessary, submit my dispute to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. I accept that violating this promise may result in fines, membership restrictions, promise slate annotations, and additional reporting obligations.

Principle of Integrity: Promise keepers prosper.

<aside> ✋🏼 ⚜️ Mutual Integrity Promise

I promise to honor my word as my bond in acting with integrity.

I accept that dishonoring my word and this promise may result in a breach of integrity as recorded on my promise slate until I measure the impact and make amends.

Principle of Mutuality: Respect mutual benefits and obligations.

<aside> ✋🏼 👏🏽 Mutual Respect Promise

I promise to all who are similarly obliged to respect the autonomy of others, to seek no satisfaction for wrongs in excess of amends to which others are obliged by their pledges and contracts, and to accept fulfillment of any mutual pledge that is not less than my obligations under a corresponding mutual pledge made by me prior to the events giving rise to my claims.

I accept that dishonoring this promise may result in a breach of respect as recorded on my promise slate until I measure the impact and make amends.
