Define your round
Set a target raise amount, valuation, and share price. The app calculates how many shares are issued for each investment.
Track commitments
Add investors, specify investment amounts, and view the status of each (e.g., Received, Waiting). You’ll know exactly who’s funded and who’s still pending.
Monitor progress
The round dashboard shows a live tally of received funds versus your target raise, along with a progress bar to keep things moving.
Receive funds onchain
All investments are made using USDC and settle directly into your treasury. Every transaction is recorded, auditable, and linked to the investor’s cap table entry.
Sync with Cap Table
Once received, equity allocations are automatically added to your Cap Table—no duplicate entry required.
