New Venture Discovery gave me the opportunity to dive deep into a super interesting problem that has an impact on our every day lives, the environment, and the bottom line at CPG companies (palm oil) while getting the chance to work with people outside my program (PhDs, Engineers, and undergrads) – it truly felt like the type of experience where you say “this is why I came to business school!”

—Alexis Summit, MBA '21

New Venture Discovery is a great way for anyone interested in entrepreneurship to not only hear from founders of successful ventures, but also get firsthand experience with a cross-functional team to identify a problem worth solving, iterate on potential solutions and develop the foundation of a business plan
