1. Adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age or older, apply a pea-sized amount of Prevident toothpaste to a dry toothbrush before bedtime. You may use your regular toothpaste in the morning or Prevident.
2. Brush for two minutes.
3. After use, spit and do not rinse the paste off of your teeth. For best results, do not eat, drink, or rinse for 30 minutes after use.
