In addition to technical education, I help developers grow in communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. I lead sessions on feedback, writing, and teamwork, and introduced TecoTalk, a technical presentation program where trainees share topics they are learning.
Through TecoTalk, many developers have delivered their first technical presentations and gained confidence in explaining Kotlin, Spring, and software design concepts.

I work closely with speakers throughout the process, helping them refine their ideas, improve clarity, and communicate technical concepts effectively. Many participants have continued contributing through talks, mentoring, and community involvement.
Beyond the classroom, I founded and operate YouthCon, a conference dedicated to mentoring junior developers through their first technical talks. Many aspiring speakers hesitate due to lack of experience or guidance. YouthCon addresses this by pairing them with experienced mentors and providing structured support throughout the preparation process.
Over 6 years, YouthCon has grown from a solo initiative into a recurring event supported by a team, creating a sustainable pipeline of new speakers and future community leaders within the broader software engineering ecosystem.
