From my research and interviews, people need this kind of app for a variety of reasons but almost every person I interviewed wanted to be able to know exactly when their bus arrives and to cut waiting times. I have incorporated GPS for the user to be able to know their exact location relative to the closest bus stop and the incoming buses.
There is only one user flow that has combined all the MVP features. This way, users can simply complete multiple tasks without needing to restart a process.
Nikki is the ideal persona as she represents a high percentage of users who are young professionals who commute regularly. I have also included a feature where users can book and pay for bus tickets up to a month in advance [to get discounts] as it is more convenient than having to pay manually.
