Two-part session. (1) Rewrote Sam's bloated userPreferences document into a lean ~6.2KB operating-rules-only version, removing ~12KB of firm-facts content that already lives in the firm-briefing and firm-reference skills, plus three plaintext credentials that were being sent on every message. (2) After Sam flagged that 'Claude Knowledge Base' had been renamed to 'SAIL Knowledge Base,' audited the entire user skill library for stale references and produced a patch pack.
Written to /mnt/user-data/outputs/user-preferences-v2-2026-04-23.md. Pure behavioral rules now. Firm facts (offices, messaging library, colors, fonts, legal accuracy rules, content standards) moved out, relying on firm-briefing and firm-reference to load firm context when needed. SSH password, REST API app password, and Semrush key removed from the doc; they remain in the vault and in 'A - Passwords.' Final size about 1/3 of the original.
Confirmed via notion-search and notion-fetch on the 'how to use this database' page (ID 3421018d-f1f5-8142-84a5-dbb5b0bdf36e) that the database is:
5d558b97-8085-4626-a8b6-589ac7e5bce5collection://13d5d9db-4588-41bc-afa9-45ce9e23e56cAdded memory edit #8 capturing this and explicitly marking the old data source ID 3081018d-f1f5-81ab-9cbc-000bc3d96c37 as stale.
Also verified the 'A - Passwords' page (ID dc6e22b8-4666-4fa0-a9c5-e3c5fe4d6c1f) resolves correctly.
Scanned /mnt/skills/user for stale references. Found 11 affected files with a total of 28 line-level corrections needed. Patch pack delivered as /mnt/user-data/outputs/skill-audit-2026-04-24.zip.
