A PSP is a swing point, but the middle candle must have a different close direction across closely correlated assets: one asset closes bullish, while the other closes bearish. It does not need to be a swing point on all correlated assets - it only needs to be a swing point on at least one of them.

When Nasdaq closed as a bearish candle, ES closed as a bullish candle, forming a crack in correlation.
