Dear Heavenly Father,
I come now to you and confess that I am broken, and I need you Lord.
I confess my sins, all my wrongdoings to you.
Lord thank you for forgiving me, I want to repent of my sins. Would you help me Lord.

I ask you Lord Jesus to come into my life and fill me Holy Spirit.
