This privacy policy applies to the PrankStory app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Ernest Nersesyan (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use “AS IS.”

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include, but is not limited to:

• Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages or screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The device type and operating system used on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise location data about your mobile device.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. Any information you provide will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its functionality.

The Service Provider may share information with third parties in the ways described below:

• As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena or other legal process)
• When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
• With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider, have no independent use of the information, and have agreed to follow this Privacy Policy

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use your mobile device’s standard uninstall process or remove the Application through the app marketplace.
