Session Overview

Sam asked for two practice area page revisions using the practice-area-content skill, plus a permanent design constraint update to three skills. The session completed the first page (ATV Accidents) fully, identified and resolved a Kadence theme conflict with dark backgrounds, created skill update instructions, and was about to start the second page (Amazon Delivery Model) when context ran out.

The core issue discovered during this session: the Kadence theme overrides elements with dark or colored backgrounds by forcing dark text against them, destroying contrast. This means every design component across all content skills needs to use white backgrounds with blue borders instead of dark backgrounds. This is a permanent constraint going forward.

What Was Accomplished

1. ATV Accidents Practice Area Page (COMPLETE)

Fully revised the existing ATV Accidents practice area page at /practice-areas/atv-accidents/. The original page was a generic insurance explainer with no Kentucky-specific legal content, no conversion architecture, and no AI discoverability.

The revised page includes:

• AI-friendly front-end summary with entity-based language (KRS 189.515, Senate Bill 63, KRS 411.182)
• Stats bar with four data points (Top 5 state ranking, 100K+ ER visits, 26% child victims, 1-year deadline), all with inline citations to CPSC and NHTSA
• Five substantive H2 sections covering: where crashes happen and who is liable, Kentucky's new street-legal ATV framework (SB 63, effective June 27, 2025), children's ATV crashes, insurance coverage gaps (comparison table), and insurance company tactics
• Comparison table showing insurance coverage by crash location (private property, public road, state park, organized event)
• CTA block with trust signals relevant to ATV cases
• Seven FAQ questions targeting long-tail searches, each with authoritative inline citations
• Closing CTA with phone numbers

All design components use the outline style (white background, blue borders, blue text, orange accents) after Sam identified the Kadence dark-background conflict mid-session.
