Problem
- How much of a challenge is maintaining a healthy posture during long work or study hours?
- Maintaining good posture during work is hard.
- This causes back pain and other health issues.
- People often forget to fix their posture or take breaks
- How to ensure your well-being and physical health during your daily tasks?

Solution
- A wearable sensor that monitors your back.
- The sensor vibrates gently to remind you to sit straight.
- Includes a timer for regular break reminders.
- Notifications and haptic alerts for events (e.g., poor posture, break time) are also available.
- A web app shows your posture data and daily progress on the dashboard.

Requirements
- Monitor Posture: The wearable node tracks the user's back angle.
- Easy Calibration: The user defines their "good posture" by pressing a button.
- Haptic Feedback: The node vibrates to alert the user about bad posture.
- Data History: The Raspberry Pi saves all posture data over time.
- Web Dashboard: The user can see their stats and progress on a simple web page.
- Break Reminders: The system includes a timer to suggest regular breaks.
Running Posture
Based on scientific evidence, we plan to develop a system for analyzing running posture and technique, focusing on torso, arms, and cadence. The goal is to create a practical foundation for real-time monitoring, using inertial sensors (IMU) positioned on the back and computer vision with MediaPipe Pose.
