3 Day Event Summary

Day 1 — July 13 — Connect All 15 team members arrived safely at La Campagne Tropicale by 5pm. Welcome address delivered by HR Director at 6pm followed by team networking dinner. Atmosphere described by attendees as warm and welcoming. No incidents reported.

Day 2 — July 14 — Reflect Morning strategy sessions facilitated by HR Lead covering company direction and individual team goals. Afternoon team building activities delivered by Xcite Team Solutions — high engagement reported across all activities. Evening social followed with team dinner. One minor catering delay of 25 minutes at lunch — resolved quickly. No other incidents.

Day 3 — July 15 — Recharge Morning reflection sessions and individual goal setting workshops. Closing ceremony included HR Director leadership address and team appreciation moments. Post-event satisfaction survey distributed and completed by all 15 attendees during closing session. Departures completed by 3pm.
