A portfolio round is when you run through either 1 or 2 case studies in your portfolio. They are typically 45 minutes - 60 minutes but there are outliers.

My most important takeaway for a more portfolio round is being able to speak specifically to what you contributed in a team setting.

In addition to that, I’d say that for intern roles people are more lenient about you using your website as opposed to a presentation deck, but I think there’s a set threshold at a certain point to make a deck and be professional in that manner rather than having too much text on a screen.
