Portfolio Support Apprentice

Partech is a global investment firm based in San Francisco, Paris, Berlin and Dakar. We bring together capital, operational experience and strategic support for entrepreneurs at seed, venture and growth stages, with over $2Bn investment capacity. Investments range from $200K to $50M in a wide range of technologies and businesses.

Your main objective as part of the platform team is to help us support our portfolio companies. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Portfolio Support

• Manage all Partech hiring initiatives (talent pool, job board, hunts, C-Level community)
• Founders’ community initiatives
• Service providers & experts sourcing, perks and marketplace
• Contents management (Partech Founders’ platform, newsletter, branding internal and external,…)
• Events and webinars coordination

Internal processes

• Analysis of tech trends and data crunching
• Support the different internal process optimization projects (start-up onboarding, new portfolio support initiatives, Partech data centralization process etc.)
• Be aware of the changing value proposition of our start-up's portfolio (high knowledge of their business model, target customer, be present in re-investment pitches etc.)
• Regular discussion with venture teams
