Before: The client’s posts were scattered, and deadlines were often missed. After: All content is planned a month in advance, reducing last-minute stress and increasing posting consistency.

Created a collaborative Todo list for a team of project managers to improve task visibility across the team, and in turn, reduce duplicate work and make it easier to track progress at a glance.

Created and customized multiple Calendly event types, ensuring a professional and consistent brand presentation for client scheduling. Each event is optimized with clear descriptions, matching banner images, and automated time-zone adjustments for a smooth booking experience.
