🤗 Portal is looking for a Sales Lead to help us take advantage of our current customer acquisition momentum, develop new segments and build a foundation for scaling our sales ops.

What you will do
- Own, lead and continuously iterate on our customer acquisition strategy and processes across prospecting/lead generation and direct sales
- Own and constantly improve sales pipeline design, channels, processes and messaging
- Work closely with our product team and provide data driven insights that helps us create a more useful product for our customers
- Lead and grow our early sales team (lead generation specialist and junior sales)
- Resolve bottlenecks and make recommendations to drive process improvements and revenue
- Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
