People employed by Orbit Spain Technology Development SL are adhered to the "Empresas de consultoría y estudios de mercado de la opinión pública" collective agreement.
This collective agreement establishes all rights and responsibilities for both employees and the company. Any policy that Orbit defines can enhance any of the aspects of the collective agreement but cannot go in detriment of any of them.
