Curse of Lycanthropy
Altered normal form:
You gain 10 spaces of Darkvision and vulnerability(1) to silvered weapons.
Lycanthrope form:
Once per day you can spend 1AP to willingly enter lycanthrope forma bipedal man-beast hybrid that retains your class features, spellcasting ability and equipped items. The transformation lasts for 1 hour. While in lycanthrope form the following affects apply:
- increase movement speed by 1
- gain a climb speed equal to your movement speed
- You have advantage on might saving throws
- Gain Temp HP equal to your prime modifier.
- gain resistance(1) to non-silvered physical damage and vulnerability(double) to silvered weapons
- you gain natural weapons that deal 1 piercing(bite) or 1 slashing damage(claws). Targets of the bite attack make a charisma save against your Curse DC, Failure: they contract lycanthropy.
Loosing Control when Bloodied:
You control you lycanthrope form until you gain the bloodied condition. Upon gaining the bloodied condition you must make a CHA save against your Curse DC. Failure: GM decides whether each of your turns is spent fleeing from or attacking the nearest creature. You may repeat the save to regain control at the end of each of your turns.
Reverting back:
As long as you are in control you can end your transformation for 1AP, but you are incapacitated (you cant move, spend AP or speak) until the transformation completes at the end of your next turn.
Maintaining Control of the Curse:
Your Curse DC starts at 10. Your Curse DC cannot go lower than 8 or higher than 20.
- If your Curse DC reaches 20, you are permanently stuck in your lycanthrope form, even if you fall unconscious, and only a greater restoration spell or dying can bring you back to your normal form.
Things that increase you Curse DC
- Willingly transforming into your lycanthrope form +2
- Loosing control of lycanthrope form by gaining the Bloodied condition +1
- Unwillingly transforming into your lycanthrope form on a full moon+1
- Failing to revert back to your normal form on a full moon+1
Things that decrease your Curse DC
- Successfully resisting an unwilling transformation -2
- Maintaining control of lycanthrope form when gaining the Bloodied condition -1
- For each week without willingly transforming into your lycanthrope form -1
- Successfully transforming back into your normal form on a full moon-1
