Setting a pointer is the main way of moving around the world. Player doesn't have direct control over character movements. When player wants to transverse or interact with objects and creatures he can point on them. It sets up a pointer, which allows for future interactions.

Travelling the world

If the creature/object is far, pointing on it would activate the walking or flying mechanics to get in front of the creature.

Tapping on the pointer which is already set increases the speed of walking or flying.

Follow creatures

If the creature is moving, walking or flying, setting a pointer on the creature will auto-follow it.

Opens energy interaction

If we're in front of the creature, pointing on it would activate energy exchange menu allowing to start energy interaction.

Input

Selecting object/creature: mouse over

Setting a pointer: mouse click
