TLDR: Cabinet is introducing a new point-based system to replace the current strike system. Under this system, both members and the Cabinet can earn or lose points throughout the year. These points will play a major role in determining eligibility for next year’s members.

| Completion of Member Absence Excuse Form. | Upon submission of an absence excuse form, provided it is submitted on or before the night prior to the meeting, the Cabinet will review and determine whether the excuse is considered “valid.” If the excuse is deemed valid, the member will receive the maximum number of points the meeting would have awarded. | +1 to +2 |
| Winter Break CAD Homework Failure to Complete | Failure to complete the winter break CAD homework due by the night of Jan 11th will result in the depletion of two points. | -2 |
| Friday Check In Form | You will gain one point upon completion of Friday check in form by Friday Deadline. | +1 |
| Failure to react to a message on discord in the announcement channel. | If a member fails to react to a required message by Friday, one point will be deducted. If multiple reactions are missing, one point will be deducted for each missing reaction. | -1 |
| Attendance of Farmers Market | Upon attending The Farmers Market for at least one hour, and helping out; you will be given plus one point. | +1 |
