• Player names
• Team names
• Game rotation data
• Access codes provided by an organization

This information is entered voluntarily by the user and is used solely for the app’s core functionality.

Data Storage

All data created in the App is stored locally on the user’s device using on-device storage.

• No cloud storage is used
• No data is transmitted to external servers
• No backups are sent outside the device

Access Codes & Permissions

Some features of the App are unlocked using access codes provided by an organization.

• Access codes determine user permissions (e.g., coach or admin view)
• Access codes are stored locally on the device
