What is it: a way to improve show rates

How to use it (step by step):

1. Ask: “How does next week look?”
2. Once they commit, follow up: “Actually, any chance you could do this Friday?”
3. Aim for 2–3 days out (best show rate)

Example:

You: “How does your schedule look next week?”

Them: “I could do Wednesday.”

You: “Actually, is there any chance you could do this Thursday/Friday instead?”
