Lifeline comes in two plans: Basic, which is free, and Pro, a one-time purchase that unlocks the tracking, review, and calendar features. There is no subscription.
Basic (free)
Everything you need for a solid Pomodoro practice:

- The Sign Off challenge and Vacation mode

Pro (one-time payment)
Pro is a single payment, not a subscription, and it stays with your Apple ID. You can see the current price on the Upgrade to Pro screen in the app. It unlocks:
- Custom session lengths. Run 10, 50, or 90-minute sessions instead of the fixed 25-minute Pomodoro.
- Session labels. Add text and emoji to your sessions to track time across tasks, projects, and life areas.
- Meeting tracking. Time meetings and keep their data separate from your sessions.
- Daily and weekly review. See your time by day, week, month, and year, and edit, add, or delete entries in your activity log.
- CSV export. Export your activity for your own analysis or invoicing.
- Calendar integration. Plan sessions from your calendar, have meetings flow into Lifeline, and sync your Lifeline activity back to a calendar.
How to upgrade
Choose Upgrade to Pro from the menu-bar dropdown, or open Preferences > Account, then choose Buy Pro. The purchase goes through the App Store with your Apple ID.
