Plans and Billing

Overview

Dashboardly offers two families of plans: Brand plans for sellers managing their own TikTok Shops, and Agency plans for agencies and freelancers managing client shops. Each family has three tiers that scale with order volume, shop count, team size, and feature depth.

All plans are billed through Stripe, a secure payment processor. You can manage your subscription, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from within Dashboardly.

What "Orders Included" Means

Each plan includes a set number of orders per billing cycle. This is the number of new orders that Dashboardly processes from your TikTok Shop(s) during that period.

If you exceed your included orders, flex order charges apply at a per-order rate that depends on your plan. Every plan (except Agency Pro, which is unlimited) has a Monthly Maximum that caps how much you can pay in flex charges in a single month -- so your total bill is always predictable. Agency Pro has no flex charges because orders are unlimited.

If you prefer a hard limit instead of the built-in Monthly Maximum, you can set a lower Overage Cap manually. Once a cap is reached, Dashboardly switches to read-only mode for new orders -- you can still view your existing data, but new orders will not be processed until the next billing cycle or until you raise the cap.

Annual vs. Monthly Billing

All plans are available in both monthly and annual billing options:
