<aside> 🎆 You're at the plate, now knock it out of the park So you're convinced this idea is a hit? Sick. Now you just need to help the rest of the org see it that way. We have a few different pitch templates based on the Shape Up framework from Basecamp.
If you're working with a really big project or service at this point you'll want to pitch a Learning Mission and give the developers and designers a chance to sit with the users and feel like they're part of the solution.
If you've already honed in on a rock-solid feature, you can pitch a simple Lean Implementation mission.

For new products or services.
In learning missions you'll want to validate feasibility and determine the most valuable potential features to build. Deliverables might look like completed benchmarking studies, desirable prototypes, and completed dev spikes.
For new features we're fairly certain of. In implementation missions you should already have a good idea of what you need to make. Deliverables should look like a roadmap, learning goals after release, and the team you'll need to make it happen.
