you'll have a chance to choose any of the numbered elixirs displayed in our graphic, post your chosen potion number to our recruiting neoboard with the survey below and our game host will send you the potion that corresponds with that in particular potion number (within 72 hrs) and post your results to the neoboard; allowing you and your fellow guild mates to uncover which prizes are hidden behind each of our numbered poisons.

HOSTING INSTRUCTIONS

• Check neoboard for new players pending prize redemption ` Members will be posting their poison selections to our regional neoboard for this featured event throughout the month along with a junk trade for easy redemption. Log all posting players below every ~24-72 hours. Check the neoboard using ‘control+f” searching for the event survey tag on each page to view latest participants pending rewards.
• Record the players poison rewards in the table below. Add the players name in the field below (linking their prize profile for reference) and select a poison reward from the field provided. Poison prize items will not be displayed for this selection (more than 10 for each poison number), allowing for a random selection to take place at this time. Once selected, the item will appear in the adjacent field. Additionally, you can click on the randomly selected prize to reveal the prize item.

ITEMS VALUED OVER 20,000 NP SHOULD BE RETIRED AFTER AWARDED ONE TIME. CHANGE ‘POISON#’ TO RETIRED. ADD NEW ITEMS BY CREATING A NEW LINE ITEM (USE TEMPLATE OFFERED) **

• Send the selected item to the player using the provided trade link (in survey) and update the ‘NP’ field to represent an accurate value for the item to record the expense. If the item has already been awarded and has flucuated in price beyond a negligable amount : duplicate the prize field, remove all ‘rewarded players’ from new entry, change price on new entry and change the ‘poison#’ on the original entry to ‘retired’ to omit it from further selection but allow it to be counted among your expenses/records.
